Yes. Physical samples are delivered to your Bangalore office before any bulk order is committed. For first-time buyers this is free; for ongoing customers samples are deducted from the final invoice.

No. There is no limit on the number of vouchers, or their value, that a company can order from us. The limit worth knowing is a tax one, on your side: gift vouchers and tokens from an employer are tax-free up to an aggregate of Rs. 15,000 per employee per financial year. That is the aggregate of everything an employee receives across the year, not a per-occasion cap, and it applies to non-cash benefits like vouchers. Anything above Rs. 15,000 is a taxable perquisite and the employer deducts TDS on it, rather than the employee claiming it on their own return. The Rs. 15,000 figure applies from 1 April 2026; the limit for financial year 2025-26 and earlier was Rs. 5,000. This is general information, not tax advice, so please confirm the treatment with your finance team.

Four steps. One, email us a request for quote with the denominations and quantities you want. Two, we send back an estimate. Three, you transfer the amount per the estimate to our account and share the NEFT reference with us. Four, we issue the vouchers as per your directive. The NEFT reference is the step people most often leave out, and it is the one that lets us match your payment and release the vouchers without a follow-up.

Three things, once, at onboarding: your certificate of incorporation, your company PAN card, and the email address of the person in your company who handles finance and accounts. Repeat orders need nothing further.

Vouchers are issued within 24 hours of the payment being confirmed, as digital vouchers or as physical cards. For digital that is the whole timeline and your recipients' locations do not affect it. Physical cards are couriered from our Hulimavu warehouse, so transit applies on top of the issue window and the delivery date is confirmed on your estimate. The one exception on the issue side is an outage at the voucher brand end, which is rare — if it happens, issue can go beyond 48 hours, and we will tell you rather than go quiet.
