10 days from artwork approval. The fastest we've done is 6 days for an emergency conference order. Rush orders carry a 10-15% surcharge.
Can you match our exact brand Pantone colours?
Yes. Share your brand guidelines and Pantone codes. We'll do a spot-colour print match and share a physical sample before bulk. For multi-colour designs we use DTG or screen-print based on the complexity.
Do you deliver merchandise to an event venue?
Yes. We deliver to event venues across Bangalore on the morning of the event. For events outside Bangalore (anywhere in India), we dispatch 2-3 days ahead by courier to the venue. For international conferences, we ship 7-10 days ahead via DHL / FedEx. Include venue contact details in the PO and we coordinate directly.
Do you ship branded merchandise pan-India to our distributed team?
Yes. Pan-India merchandise fulfilment is a core part of what we do. Typical flow: you provide a CSV with employee names, cities, pincodes, and phone numbers. We ship individually via Blue Dart, Delhivery, or DTDC. 2-day delivery to metros, 3-4 days to Tier-2 cities, 5-7 days to remote pincodes. Tracking link per shipment, consolidated monthly GST invoice.

Duties at destination are typically buyer-paid, which is standard for corporate merchandise.
