Production cost same, courier added at actuals
Production pricing is the same regardless of destination mix — cotton T-shirt with single-colour logo: ₹180-₹220 per piece at 100 units, ₹130-₹170 at 500, ₹110-₹150 at 1000. For pan-India shipping, we add domestic courier at actuals (₹60-₹120 per shipment, varies by pincode). For international shipping, we add international courier (DHL / FedEx / Aramex) at their published rates, no markup. Commercial invoices and customs documentation included for cross-border shipments.

Can I order branded merchandise for 200 distributed employees across India?
Yes. This is a common flow. You share: artwork + Pantone codes + a CSV with name, size, city, pincode, and phone for each employee. We produce centrally in Bangalore, ship individually to each address. Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, etc.): 2 days. Tier-2 cities: 3-4 days. Remote pincodes: 5-7 days. You get one master tracking sheet.
Will all employees receive the exact same merchandise — same fabric, same print, same fit?
Yes, that's the main reason pan-India orders come to us. One production run = same dye lot, same print batch, same fit guideline. 500 T-shirts shipped to 500 cities all look identical because they came off the same production line.
Do you ship corporate merchandise internationally to our US / UK / Singapore teams?
Yes. International shipping via DHL, FedEx, and Aramex to 30+ countries. Typical delivery: 5-10 business days depending on destination. Documentation (customs declaration, HS codes, commercial invoice) prepared by us. Import duties at destination typically paid by recipient — standard practice for corporate merchandise worldwide.
What about employee sizing for pan-India orders? Do I need to collect sizes myself?
Yes — collect sizes before placing the order. We'll send you a size chart and a Google Form template you can send to employees for filling in XS/S/M/L/XL/XXL + unisex vs women's fit. Takes employees 60 seconds each. Prevents the size-ratio disaster that comes from guessing.
Can you deliver merchandise to a conference venue in a different Indian city?
Yes. Very common. Specify the venue address, on-site contact, and desired delivery date. We ship 2-3 days in advance, confirm receipt, and sign POD with the venue contact. For international conferences, we dispatch 7-10 days ahead via DHL.
What GST invoicing applies to pan-India merchandise orders?
All invoices are GST-compliant with e-invoice + IRN above ₹10,000. Within Karnataka: CGST + SGST. Inter-state (to Mumbai, Delhi, etc.): IGST. International shipments: zero-rated exports (LUT-based) — different invoice format, can claim back IGST on inputs.
Is there a minimum order quantity for pan-India merchandise?
MOQ is 100 units per design for most items, regardless of how many destinations they ship to. 500 units across 500 cities has the same MOQ as 500 units to one office. For smaller orders (under 100), we can source from the open market at higher per-unit pricing.
