Pan-India pricing is the same as Bangalore pricing
We don't add a premium for out-of-Bangalore shipping. Hamper prices are the same whether you ship to a Whitefield office or to a distributed team across 25 Indian cities. The courier cost is already bundled in the per-hamper price for any destination within India. For international shipping, we add DHL / FedEx / Aramex's actual international courier rate at cost — no markup. Commercial invoices and customs documentation included for cross-border shipments.

What cities in India do you deliver corporate gifts to?
Every major Indian city and 99% of pincodes. Primary delivery corridors with 2-3 day SLA: Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad. Tier-2 cities (Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Coimbatore, Kochi, Bhubaneswar, etc.): 3-4 days. Tier-3 and remote pincodes: 5-7 days. If a pincode is not serviceable, we proactively inform before dispatch.
Can I ship the same hamper to 18 different Indian cities with one order?
Yes. Give us a CSV with destination addresses. We bulk-assemble in Bangalore, dispatch individually to each address, and generate a single consolidated GST invoice at completion. Tracking link per shipment is sent to you in a master spreadsheet.
Do you handle international corporate gifting from India?
Yes. We ship to 30+ countries via DHL, FedEx, and Aramex. Typical destinations: USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, and most of the EU. Delivery: 5-10 business days. We handle customs documentation, HS code classification, and prepare commercial invoices. Buyer pays local duties at destination (standard for corporate gifts; we can itemise this in advance on request).
What GST is charged on pan-India corporate gifting?
Corporate gifting typically attracts 18% GST in India. If the destination is within Karnataka, we charge CGST + SGST. For inter-state shipments (Bangalore to Mumbai, Delhi, etc.), we charge IGST. All invoices are GST-compliant with e-invoice + IRN for orders above ₹10,000. International shipments are zero-rated exports (LUT-based) — different invoice format.
How do you handle deliveries if some employees are remote / work-from-home?
Very common case for us. The same CSV upload flow. Home delivery is no different from office delivery in our operations. POD captured at the doorstep, photo + signature, sent to you per shipment. You don't need separate vendors for office vs WFH addresses.
Can you deliver before Diwali for pan-India employees?
Yes — this is our peak season. Book by mid-September for guaranteed Diwali-week delivery pan-India. We reserve courier capacity in advance for high-volume months. Even late-September bookings are workable for metros (with a small rush premium). Tier-2 / Tier-3 city deliveries need earlier booking for safe timelines.
Is there a minimum order quantity for pan-India corporate gifting?
MOQ is 25 hampers for off-the-shelf curations, 100 units for custom-designed hampers with logo printing. Smaller pan-India orders (under 25) are possible but per-unit pricing is higher because courier costs dominate on small volumes.
