BRAND STORE · DEALERS/CUSTOMERS, BRANCHES AND STAFF
Your brand store, live in 4 hours
A merchandise store on your own web address, stocked with products you approved, priced how you decide, with your own approval rules behind it. Send us your logo, your product shortlist and your prices before noon and your people are ordering the same afternoon.
The brochure in Bangalore should look and feel like the poster in Delhi
When merchandise and print are ordered locally, nobody decides to break the brand — it happens one reasonable shortcut at a time. A dealership needs cards on Thursday, so somebody rebuilds them from a logo pulled off the website. The logo gets stretched to fit. The red is whatever the local press had loaded that morning. The stock is whatever came in that week. Nobody photographs the result and sends it to head office, so the first time anyone at the brand sees it, it is on a customer's desk — and by then there are eleven versions of you in the market and no way to count them. A brand-guidelines PDF does not fix this, because it was never a knowledge problem. The fix is making the correct thing the easiest thing to order.
What we offer
- A storefront that belongs to you. Your logo, your colours, your categories, on your own web address with a certificate — yourbrand.officesmart.in from day one. Dealers/customers and employees sign in through separate doors, because they are not the same audience and should not see the same prices or the same rules.
- Spending rules you set, enforced before anything ships. Every company-account order bills to a cost centre you define. One person raises, another signs off — and a rejection needs a reason, because a rejection without one is useless to whoever raised it. Approval is a gate, not a note: until a checker signs, the warehouse cannot see the order.
- Budgets instead of requisition forms. Give someone an annual entitlement or a recognition award and let them spend it. Unspent allowance expires on a date you set; a rejected order hands the money back, so nobody loses both the goods and the budget. If someone needs more, they ask — it routes to their checker, and above that checker's limit it comes to you.
- Printed collateral, locked to your artwork. Business cards, ID cards, brochures, flyers, letterheads. You upload the approved artwork and fix where each detail sits and in what typeface; a dealer/customer fills in a name and a phone number. The logo lives inside the artwork, so there is nothing on the screen for anyone to drag. Paper and finish are options you set once — so the print is consistent, not just the layout.
- We hold the stock and do the shipping. Inventory sits with us. You do not run a warehouse, a stock count or a courier account. An approved order becomes a picking job with the delivery address, the cost centre and any imprint instruction already on it, and the signed delivery copy comes back against the order.
- One order, many people. Two hundred new starters, one shirt each, two hundred home addresses — one order, one invoice, one approval. Upload the spreadsheet you already have; each person gets their own delivery.
- Hour one — the address. We create your store and point yourbrand.officesmart.in at it. This goes first, deliberately: the certificate issues in the background while we do everything else, so the address is ready when the store is.
- Hour two — the look. Your logo, colours, tagline and categories go in. You are looking at your own storefront, not a template with your name on it.
- Hour three — the catalogue. Your product shortlist, your prices, and any flags — what can be imprinted, what shows live stock, what is made to order. Print templates if you are ordering collateral.
- Hour four — your people. Departments, cost centres and who approves whose spending. Dealer/customer accounts issued or opened for sign-up. Then the link goes out and people order.

What it costs to start
There is no setup fee and no monthly platform charge. You pay for what your people order, at the prices you approved, on one GST invoice. We make our margin on the merchandise, which means we have no interest in selling you a store you do not use. Minimum order quantities depend on the product — most apparel starts at 50 units, printed collateral at its published run sizes.
Frequently asked questions
Who holds the stock?
We do. Inventory sits at our Bangalore warehouse and ships from there. You do not run a warehouse, carry stock on your books, hold a courier account or do a stock count. For made-to-order lines — imprinted apparel, printed collateral — nothing is held at all; it is produced per order.
Can dealers/customers put their own dealership name on things?
Yes, and it is one of the main reasons this exists. You decide per product what can be imprinted — a jacket yes, a keychain no. A signed-in dealer/customer sees their dealership name already filled in, and it can differ line by line, so one basket can carry two branches. The instruction travels all the way to whoever prints it; it does not get retyped.
What stops someone changing our artwork?
For printed collateral, the approved artwork is a fixed image and the logo lives inside it — there is no canvas and nothing to drag. Position, typeface, size, colour and character limits for every fillable field are set by you and enforced on our servers, not just hidden in the form. A value longer than the design holds is refused rather than quietly trimmed, because a card that reads "Ramesh Equipment, Coimbat" is a reprint.
Who approves what our people order?
You decide, per department. Always, never, or only above a value you set. The person who raises an order can never clear it themselves. Every order carries the department and cost centre it bills to, so the spend is attributable afterwards without anyone reconstructing it from emails.
Can we give employees a budget instead?
Yes. One balance per person, topped up as an annual entitlement, a recognition award or a one-off. It comes off at checkout before anything else; if it covers the order there is nothing to approve and nothing to charge. Unspent allowance expires on your date, and a rejected order returns what it was going to cost.
Do you handle printed collateral as well as merchandise?
Yes — business cards, ID cards, brochures, flyers, letterheads and envelopes, in the standard Indian sizes. You upload the approved artwork once; your people fill in only the details you marked as fillable. Paper and finish are options you fix, so a reprint in one city matches a reprint in another.
Is four hours realistic?
Yes, with a defined starting point: four working hours from the moment we have your logo, your product shortlist and your prices. That is the honest version, because catalogue decisions are the only variable — everything else is minutes. We start the web address first so the certificate is ready by the time the store is. If a certificate does lag, your store is live and orderable on its temporary address in the meantime and we will tell you so rather than go quiet.
What happens to orders after they are approved?
An approved order becomes a picking job with the delivery address, cost centre and any imprint instruction already on it. We pick, pack and dispatch, and the signed delivery copy is captured and filed against the order — visible to your administrator without asking us.
Can one order go to many addresses?
Yes. Two hundred new starters at two hundred home addresses is one order, one approval and one invoice. Upload the spreadsheet you already keep; every unit has to be assigned to somebody before it will submit, so nothing is quietly left out.
Can our brand team see what is being ordered?
Your administrator gets their own sign-in: every order on the store, who raised it, which department and cost centre it billed to, who approved it, whether it has shipped, and proof of delivery. Plus spend by department, and the dealer/customer accounts waiting for approval.
Send us a logo and a shortlist
We will have your store on your own address the same day — and you can look at it before anybody else does.
