This pressure cooker is suitable for all types of heat sources including Induction, Gas, Ceramic Hob, and Solid Plate. It is made from high grade virgin aluminium for higher durability and features an ergonomic handle for a better grip. It includes a food grade certified nitrile gasket, a metallic safety plug, and a precision weight valve. The lid is made of high grade stainless steel. The cooker is hard anodised and has an induction base, coming with a 5-year warranty.
