Alcis Sports is a premium cutting-edge Indian performance wear brand, born to celebrate uniqueness and authenticity when it comes to performance and sports. It is committed to a green environment and sustainability initiatives by providing sports apparels made from recycled polyester. Alcis flagship product is the Wonder Tee and Wonder Polo range, where approximately eight plastic bottles are used to make each T-shirt, making it a truly wonder product for the environmentally conscious. This range uses R-PET (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate), which is a recyclable and durable material, making it an environment-friendly and safe product that also performs better than 100% virgin polyester. By recycling one plastic bottle, we save the equivalent of 3 hours of energy from a 60 watt light bulb. In addition, 1kg of R-PET keeps 60 water bottles out of landfills. Finally, R-PET fabric has a 50% lower carbon footprint than the organic cotton.
