Option 1: Bottled (20L can) dispenser

Can-based is the default. Easy, per-can cost ₹80-₹130, supplier handles quality. Downside: storage space for cans, supplier dependency.

Option 2: RO + UV wall-mounted

Plumbed to municipal water, purifies on-site. Upfront ₹40,000-₹80,000 per unit. Monthly AMC ₹1,500-₹3,000 including filter changes. Better for permanent offices with piped water.

Option 3: Hybrid — cans for drinking, RO for common use

Many Bangalore tech offices run this. Premium-brand cans for drinking (psychological comfort), in-house RO for cooking, washing, tea.
