Dynamic refill instead of standing order
Replace fixed weekly quantities with consumption-triggered refills. When the snack jar is 20% full, the admin photographs it on WhatsApp — we refill. Reduces wastage ~20%.
Anchor days
If your office has designated anchor days (Tuesday-Thursday), stock heavier on those days and tapering on Monday/Friday. Obvious but most offices don't do it.
