Lock rates for a quarter minimum. Demand GST e-invoices above ₹10,000. Maintain 24-hour response SLA with critical suppliers.
4. Compliance
Every invoice above ₹10,000 needs IRN. ITC tracking needs correct GSTIN on every bill. Fire safety, electrical safety audits annually.
