Bags are the highest-visibility item in corporate merchandise — carried in public, used for years — which makes them the item where getting the specification wrong is most expensive.
Screen print for fabric, sublimation for full-colour, embroidery for premium. Ask for sample on the actual bag material — print looks different on canvas vs jute vs poly.
100 units: 7-10 days. 500+: 12-15 days. All delivered across Bangalore.
Most bag failures are predictable and happen in the same places: the stitching where the strap meets the body, the zip, and the base. A bag can look identical to a better one and fail at all three within a few months. When comparing quotes, the questions that separate them are the zip brand, whether stress points are bar-tacked or reinforced, and the fabric weight — not the headline material name.
Bags flex, get wet and rub against things, so a print that survives on a flat surface may not survive on a strap or a front panel. Embroidery lasts longest and reproduces fine detail poorly; printing handles detail and wears at fold points. Whichever you choose, ask for a sample on the actual fabric rather than approving a mockup, because the same artwork behaves differently on different weaves.
